"My agent has solved an issue I have been tackling for over a month. A local restoration company out of Pineville stole my insurance payment, cashed it illegally and would not return it. Kyle made a call and before end of day they hand delivered my check. Knowledge is power and he used it. His assistant Liz was right on point also. I’m so thankful."

"Two starts because one is easier to remove - Agent gets defensive and deflects fault when questioned about changes to policy not made when requested by policy holder. Takes several calls to get a call back. Overall very frustrating because she makes excuses to not make changes that will decrease/remove vehicles covered. Even questions why I have 3 vehicles in my policy. 1- I can 2-they are mine 3- business and pleasure and family . What does it matter I’m paying for them. Never said I drove them all at the same time. Several times I gave my new number to her secretary the 1800 number and emails . still repetitively call the old number claimed to leave messages even stated I was Not the policy holder even after being verified by the 1800 customer service number because she would not answer my calls! insinuating that’s why I had my number changed. I tried to give her the policy # to the secretary as to avoid confusion at the call back time she said we have caller id I dnt need your policy number. So apparently my new number was in the system but yet she called and left messages at the old number for weeks ?! - hmmm"

"I've worked with Joe Barnhart out of this office for the past few years. He's always given me great service and checked back in periodically to make sure I was good and offer me new services. I started with just renters insurance, but have now happily switched over my car insurance to State Farm as well. I'm recommend SF to anyone, but specifically this office for a good experience with fair pricing."

"Do NOT purchase insurance with this company! I had maintained a policy with this branch for over 20 years. I filed a total of three claims over the period of two decades. Kyle Fadeley came to my home and raised my deductible from $500 to $2500 and never explained why. I have always had an impeccable payment history with all premiums paid punctually through escrow each month. My credit score has been in the 800 range for many years. I hardly ever heard from the agents in this branch. I was recently contacted out of the blue and was told that they will be terminating my policy at the end of this month. They never gave me any type of transparent reason. This is deeply concerning given my longstanding relationship with this agency and the absence of any prior issues. This has been a very difficult and stressful process but I was able to purchase a new policy elsewhere at a much better rate. I rarely leave any reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with other honest hardworking people like myself. Old saying, when you know better, you do better."
"Hi Ms. Davis, I've had a chance to review to your Google Review and review your account. Yes, you're correct - your payment history is excellent. However, stating you were contacted "out of the blue" and not being "transparent" is simply not accurate. On May 20, 2025, you stated your home was vacant. We explained we cannot insure a vacant home but would honor the contract until the next renewal date 2/28/2026. On December 9, 2026, State Farm sent you a letter explaining we would not be able to renew your homeowners on 2/28/2026 since your home was vacant. On the same date, my office left you a voice mail message explaining the letter that you would be receiving shortly. On December 12, 2025, you returned our call and spoke to our office. You acknowledge the non-renewal and explained your house was on the market and that you would call us when your home was sold. On January 23, 2026, my office texted you to obtain an update on the status of your home. On January 28, 2026, we left a voice mail message. Finally, we spoke to you on February 6, 2026 reminding you your contract would not be renewed on February 28, 2026. "
